Battery life is poor on Pinephone Pro

I am shocked at how quickly the battery runs down running Manjaro Phosh on the Pinephone Pro. The contrast between running the same OS on the Pinephone Community Edition is stark.

I think we need better battery management and i hope for a fix or a workaround.

The original Pinephone runs longer as battery management is kinda OK given after some tweaks and firmware updates. The PinephonePro on the other hand doesn't have a proper battery management yet. Standby and other things don't work yet. Here is an article about battery charging. The log is general of interest on what is going on in kernel development. Most likely in a year or so we might see improvement.
