Probably not. The ID of the element has been changed to 2-6-how-do-you-handle-passwords which is not the same as 26-how-do-you-handle-passwords.

fwiw, it doesn't matter to me if the ID changes. As long as it works consistently, and I can get it by clicking the header, not inspecting element

@deniseal: can/should we change the template for the legal pages so it's easier (read: possible for ordinary mortals) to get section links similar to what was done on the blog? https://matrix.org/blog/
