Describe the issue

The date on the Vendor Top List Excel report does not format correctly in Danish. This occurs on other Excel reports and locales as well.

Expected behavior

The date should format correctly regardless of locale.

Steps to reproduce

Download the Vendor Top List Excel report and open it in a Danish environment
