From what I can tell (since its README is still a placeholder), this sample is designed to show how XAML can be localized using the contents of a CSV file, or perhaps in other words how to use LocBaml. However, the CSV file in question is in the project as a None item, making its presence meaningless. Therefore, this sample demonstrates nothing. Could this please be addressed?

GlobalizationHomePage is more complex, but also exhibits this problem.
