Change behaviour after file deletion

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes/No

• OS Version: 22.04

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Instead of switching to a active file focus on the previous file in the File Explorer panel

Is this related to the issue I've opened? #238358
Anyway I have seen that when deleting file, it focuses on the next file in File Explorer, not the active file (unless you click on the editor or on the tab bar.
