Source action menu is empty

Im using GH Codespaces and since a last time I used (a few days ago) and today I am unable to open the source actions menu.

For example, given a ESLint warning, I can press "Cntrl + ." and see some actions.
Otherwise I could right click over the code and in the displayed menu click on "Source Action..".
If I do that an empty menu is displayed.

I even tried creating a new codespace from scratch and I saw the same issue.

Same issue here, I also tried to disable my extensions + do a full rebuild of my codespace but nothing works.

I am seeing this as well. If you connect to the Codespace from VSCode Desktop then the problem goes away so this seems Codespace specific.

Also experiencing this tonight. For me I'm using java, but no source actions on anything.
