Switch to release version is not working in CLI

Steps:

From CLI

  • code-insiders --install-extension dbaeumer.vscode-eslint@prerelease --force - Make sure prerelease version of eslint is installed
  • code-insiders --install-extension dbaeumer.vscode-eslint --force

🐛 Release version of eslint get installed but it immediately gets autoupdated
