Type: Bug

When simply trying to copy text in VSCode using Ctrl + C, the clipboard doesn't change and stays the former value. Works for some time but randomly stops working. Copying in the right click context menu works as expected.

I see the same problem in the most recent update, but, in my case, the right-click-menu copy does not work, either.
It works for a while after starting up, but then randomly stops.
Paste - Ctrl-V works as long as text is copied from another program.

Yes I have pretty much the same issue. I use VSCode on a dalily basis and it really happens like once a week, maybe not even that. It's odd either way though.

This issue happens when exactly when source code like have more than 300+ (maybe 200+ too?) rows and when you do Ctrl+A (not the timing you push Ctrl+C) (and it is same issue from right-click-menu or header-menu.).
After waiting several seconds you can confirm the copy with pressing Windows+V. You can show clipboard with this shortcut.
And this issue still persists in newer version, 1.99.0 yet. And this issue is same with Cursor. (Cursor is vscode fork)
