The recent versions of vs code (from 1.9) has been very choppy for me in term of scrolling. I tried to
but none of this worked. The problem is particularly bad when using Jupyter Notebook.

I noticed this issue with scrolling output jumping around (eg. AI generated output). Downgrading to 1.97.2 fixed the issue for me.

I also have this issue, happened immediately after updating to 1.99.
