[Accessibility] Typing does not work for Chat variable (#) in Copilot Chat

In Copilot Chat, participant @ and command / accept user input in their suggestion popup such that users can keep typing command name to quickly search.

However, Chat variable # doesn't allow users to type in its popup which means users need to manually ArrowDown/ArrowUp to find their desired variable.

@meganrogge Have you tested on Windows? It doesn't work in Chat panel, Edits, and any views.

I don't have access to windows at the moment, I have only tried Mac.
