Content from certain users is not visible, e.g.

https://dolphin.藍.moe/@mewmew@blob.cat

Profile displays, "noNotes".

It appears to be only Pleroma instances... but I on occasion have seen the noNotes error on mastadon and misskey instance profile comments as well.
