Summary

メディアがアップロードできない場合のトラブルシューティングガイドがほしい

Purpose

misskey-dev/misskeyに頻繁に似たようなissueが上がってきていちいちdiscussion送りにするのがだるいので、そのようなページがあるとissueやdiscussionを開く前に提示できて良い
