why i can't mesh this tess file

I'm not sure what's happening, but the top view reveals oddly shaped cells:

@rquey Thanks for your help. I used EBSD data to create a 2D TESR file, and the same issue occurred when mesh

Thank you very much for your explanation. It helped me understand where the problem was.I should use data with more regular grain shapes, or only select a small portion of the data to generate the TESR file.
