Table lined and headerLined without any effects?

I want the table has the inside border line between rows and find out these 2 props should work for my expectation.
Just like normal html table th, td {border}

But when i saw the document and even open sample code:

when i removed lined and headerLined props but nothing changed and adding it back also the same.

Any ideas?
