Hi @nictru , thank you very much for building this pipeline up! I feel that the DE analysis module, SCANPY_RANKGENESGROUPS, is kinda incomplete, because it is unaware of cell type labels. If you think having cell type-wise DE analysis is useful, I can clean up my local implementation and make a PR.
