Add a plugin to list outstanding OS updates using eg. apt, pacman, yum

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to be able to return a list of outstanding updates in eg: apt, apk, yum, pacman, etc or in Windows Update. It would also be good to check if there is an outstanding reboot request.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I've checked if any of the existing plugins can do this or if it can be handled by AMP, but none seem to be able to.
