add nimitheme

I made a library for adding additional themes to nimib. The repository is here: https://github.com/neroist/nimitheme

It also provides Dark Reader and highlight.js support (you can easily set the code theme you'd like to use).

Wow! That's awesome indeed, it must have been a fair bit of work just exploring what themes there are out there and wrapping all of them 🤩

I vote for adding a link to nimitheme in both nimib and nimibex!
