Feature Request: Support for Yazi Plugin Manager in Home Manager

Describe the feature request
I would like to request support for managing Yazi plugins declaratively in Home Manager via ya pack.

Why is this useful?

• Users can manage their Yazi plugins in a declarative and reproducible way.
• This would simplify the installation and management of plugins, aligning with the Nix philosophy.

Suggested Implementation

• Introduce a Home Manager module to manage ya pack plugins.
• Provide an option to define plugins declaratively within the Home Manager configuration.
• Automatically install and update plugins when applying the configuration.
