I am asking as there are a lot of (old) pull requests that pass the checks but aren't merged.
This is not meant judgmental as there are dozen of plausible reasons as you could have no/less time, other interests, illness etc.
Maybe these suggestions could help keep this good project alive:
Add further maintainers.
Define in the start page (README) what is required for contributing.
-> Merge requests are only considered if they pass all checks (include tests, are documented and correctly formatted and so on).
-> Issues like 'Implement API X' are ignored as there are dozen of endpoints and if something additional is wanted a pull request should be created.
Maybe consider the GitHub feature to auto merge if all the checks pass.
