Myanmar ု U+102F Myanmar Vowel Sign U incorrectly positioned

Font

Here a good example how "နှု" should be rendered https://asiafoundation.org/wp-content/uploads/2020/06/Myanmar-Business-Environment-Index-Covid-19-Impact-on-Businesses-Summary_MM.pdf.
Looks good in Serif.

Just wanted to add to the above post that there are two more combinations that have the same problem. All of the version 2.001 fonts, both Noto Sans and Noto Serif have this problem.

  1. နှူ
  2. နှို

This is the character data from these two combinations.
Combination 1:
န MYANMAR LETTER NA U+1014
ှ MYANMAR CONSONANT SIGN MEDIAL HA
ူ MYANMAR VOWEL SIGN UU

Combination 2:
န MYANMAR LETTER NA U+1014
ှ MYANMAR CONSONANT SIGN MEDIAL HA
ိ MYANMAR VOWEL SIGN I
ု MYANMAR VOWEL SIGN U

Serif is fixed, sans is not.
