Feat: Add total line number to location or location-like component

Requested feature

Add the total number of lines in the current buffer to the status line, probably optionally integrated with the location component.

Motivation

Lots of other status lines include this, e.g. vim-airline. As I am migrating from airline, this is a feature I find myself missing.
