add some prometheus metrics?

Would be great to add some metrics, also to bot, and nb2workflow. grafana already shows what is collected.

It would be crucial in current stage of operations, when we need to keep many things under control, but not put as much effort in ops.

It's quite straightforward, just an endpoint which returns specially formatted response. And then a dedicated k8s svc with an annotation.

I will add dashboards, and @burnout87 could already access the prod one - one needs UNIGE account to access VPN. We could also make a forward from something like astro.unige.ch/mmoda/grafana (issue)
In staging @dsavchenko would need to add prometheus stack to make it work, it's very simple.

Do we expect to return a set of simple text-formatted information ?

As specified in https://prometheus.io/docs/instrumenting/exposition_formats/ , it looks quite straightforward, we just have to agree on the set information we want to provide to Prometeus
