In-LTS: Full Install Failure: phpredis fails due to unable to reload php-fpm

The recent commits have largely resolved previous issues.
Currently the only evident issue present is that a full fresh install errors out during the Aegir master install while processing the phpredis installation task.
It successfully makes/builds the module(s) but then during "Installing shared extentions: /opt/php(Version)/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-zts-(date)" when it tries to reload the php(version)-fpm, it says "no pidfile found - php(version)-fpm is not running?"
