Currently, we (@open2c, incl. @agalitsyna , @Phlya and others) are working on a manuscript on pairtools, where we will introduce distiller-nf for the first time. We hope to release it on biorxiv in the next month or so. If it will be out before yours, we would appreciate a citation!
