[CPU][RISCV64] Fixed onednn build for RVV case (#24151)

### Details:
 - *Missed include `primitive.hpp` in RVV pooling implementation*
 - *oneDNN PR: openvinotoolkit/oneDNN#259
- *It's not seen in CI since OV is built with default
`-march=rv64imafdc` - without vector intrinsic support. Need to build
with RVV support (`-march=rv64gcv0p7`)*
