Large scale data-flow test

Add a test which includes lots of links, terminators and circuits. Should have an existing test that we can base it off of, but need to add more automation.
Test should not be HA focused, but should be usable with an HA environment.

Setup:

1. Sims which can be configured for throughput or latency oriented or a combination. Should be able to use ziti-fabric-test as a base.
2. Measure throughput/latency.
3. Report via ziti service.
4. Test can both analyze metrics as well as feed them to influx/grafana
5. Test can set benchmarks for metrics and fail if thresholds are exceeded.

Same test can be use to validate multi-underlay channel work and SDK xgress.
