ocne client should prompt for OLVM credentials as needed #224

Currently, the user needs to specify OLVM credentials before using the olvm provider for cluster start, delete and image upload.

OCNE_OLVM_USERNAME
OCNE_OLVM_PASSWORD
OCNE_OLVM_SCOPE

It would be nice if there was an attempt to prompt for these values if they are not specified and the command is being run in an interactive shell.
