electron-forge not found?

I seem to be unable to get my electron-forge module installed on my system? Any ideas on how I can address the issue?

I have my entire kando repository on an SD card, so is symlinking a problem?

I've never seen this issue. Have you executed npm install before? This should install all the dependencies, including electron-forge, to the node_modules sub-directory. If so, what was the output of this command? You can also delete the node_modules sub-directory and run npm install again.
