That change log list is really hard to read as it's so long. Would it be possible that maintainers would edit it so that Features section wouldn't contain any docs changes but highlight changes that library users need to be concerned about? I think patch release should not actually contain any commits in feature section. :) And while it's nice to have whole list of changes in change log, I think, it would be nice to have "release notes" that would just highlight the dependency changes that actually matter to users. Or just combine all those things to show that dependency X changed from version Y to Z. I know that you are all probably busy with the next major release and this was long waited release, so you probably did not have time or energy make the release notes pretty for us. |
