Volume snapshot problem [Hetzner]

We have a problem that we cannot handle.

Problem

velero backup get

A backup of Kubernetes resources is created. The files are sent to Wasabi.
From the logs, it appears that the problem is the volume backup. Hetzner does not have snapshots of the volumes. We would like to use restic for this purpose.
