pblum_mode = 'dataset-scaled' effectively allows you to ignore
passband-luminosity-scaling while modifying other parameters, but does not
set those parameters to anything when you change to another mode. In the
case of pblum_mode = 'absolute', you'll need to set or fit the distance
and third light, appropriately, while stellar parameters affect the
luminosity, as you mentioned.

After I got some parameters when I had a model with pblum_mode of dataset-scaled mode, I switched back to absolute, whereby the luminosity of the system was fully determined by the intensity of the stellar surfaces and the distance. However, the synthetic light curve does not match the observed data. How can I handle this? Do you have some ideas/suggestions? Thank you for your kind assistance.
