[Bug]: do not display the categories with 0 expenses in the pie chart

What happened?

Currently, the categories with no spending or income are also included in the pie charts legend and series. This causes for example the colours of the graph to run out and only black to be used.

After the recent change where the user has to select a slice of the pie to see the label it no longer makes sense to include empty categories.
