Bug description

Using the "Clone" function on Orders is not great right now:

  1. It is possible to "Clone" validated orders, and the new one is validated as well. The cloned order should be back to draft.
  2. The cloned order loses the items, which kind of defeats the purpose.

I would be willing to fund development of the Clone function, for example via a one-time payment in Github sponsor or whatever.
