[Feature] Add Groq as external Whisper provider for speed and convenience

Groq has this amazing implementation of V3 on their Groq Compute clusters for shockingly low costs.
It would be amazing to have this frontend make use of that.

That would be useful for all people who don't have access to local compute resources.
As it is API based, the biggest issue should be handling the 25MB File limit.
