What happened?

When the user asks it to navigate back and forth, the screenshots are getting repeated and not the latest one. If you see the screenshot added is not relevant to the text displayed in the result.

Steps to reproduce

1. Navigate to any application
2. Enter the command to navigate front and back
3. There you can note that the screenshots added in the results are not relevant to the texts displayed.
