[Silabs]Remove all references of EFR32MG12 (#34019)
* Remove all references of EFR32MG12 * Restyled by prettier-markdown * rename testdata/dry_run_efr32 text file to match board used * Fix up casing in board argument * Fix board list order * keep cortext m4 settings for 917 soc --------- Co-authored-by: Restyled.io <commits@restyled.io>
