RVC Mode test scripts: remove three, update one (#31425)

* Removed the RVC Clean Mode testcases 3.1, 3.2 and 3.3.

* Removed the RVC Run Mode test cases 3.1, 3.2 and 3.3.

* For the RVC Clean mode test 1.1, removed the step that reads the StartUpMade attribute as this is no longer supported by this cluster.

* For the RVC Run mode test 1.1, removed the step that reads the StartUpMade attribute as this is no longer supported by this cluster.

* Regenerated files.

* Removed the accedetally readded tests
