Feature description

SupportedStreamUsages is a newly added attribute to express the list of supported stream usages. The RankedVideoStreamPriorities list is expected to be a subset of the SupportedStreamUsages.
This should take into consideration when a command is setting the RankedStreamPriorities and ensure that the usages specified are supported by the camera.
