Please follow the below template to file issues/concerns/feature enhancement against Test Scripts:

Summary Title:

TC-IDM-10.4 PICS errors and incorrect step flagging.

Description:

TC-IDM-10.4 flags step PICS_SDK_CI_ONLY as a failure when the PICS check registers a discrepancy in the cluster checks and fails. e.g. G.S is true in PICS but not on device.

Additionally, the GroupCommunication cluster PICS causes failure if Groups support is declared as presented in the xml but not present on EP0 where this PICS file will be loaded for.

Steps to reproduce:

Cause a PICS error to be flagged to check the Step flag for PICS_SDK_CI_ONLY

Use the GroupCommunication.xml and state support for groups, such as G.S.

PICS error for PICS_SDK_CI_ONLY is valid - that PICS is absolutely disallowed at certification as it bypasses very important checks.

G.S is a cluster pics - it should correlate with the endpoint the groups cluster is testing.

@cecille PICS_SDK_CI_ONLY is not present in any of the files, it was getting flagged if there were any PICS errors. My bad for the wording there.

G.S and a few Groups cluster PICS are also present in the GroupsCommunication.xml, if this is not supposed to be present in this document is it worth removing it for the sake of confusion?
