Problem Description

With v0.52 and agents in managed cluster, drift detection does not work.

Create a ClusterProfile with SyncMode set to ContinuousWithDriftDetection.

Once the ClusterProfile is deployed, delete one of the resources deployed by Sveltos. Sveltos does not put resource back.
drift-detection agent detects the drift, but addon-controller does not collect resourceSummary instances so never redeploys it back.
