Description

My team maintains a quarto site of post-incident reports. We categorize the incidents in the yaml frontmatter and then use listings to produce pages where we can view all the incidents in a particular category. Because the site is edited by a couple dozen people over time, team members will often apply categories that are slight variations on each other (e.g. "oauth integrations" and "oauth-integrations" appear in the listing as different categories). We might be more successful at consistently applying labels if category completions were suggested while documents were being edited.

Our incident schema is not so rigid that the site should fail to render if an invalid category entry is supplied, but as it matures that might also be desirable.
