Discrepancy in display of month in Event List

Describe the bug
Go to 'Browse events' and scroll to a month with no events.
The header shows the correct month, but the body shows the next month.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Browse events' and scroll to a month with no events.

Version
3.2.11

Environment
Kubernetes

Database
mysql

Expected behavior
Both header and body mention of the month should be correct.
