Add user filtering

guys -u [username]

gets the past 20 tweets from a specific user

there's the issue of picking which service this implies? Guys is supposed to service other services than twitter, like identica.

maybe
guys -t -u [username]
or simply
guys -g [username]
since the get command has no parameters usually.

Due to the obvious focus on Twitter from our part, I'm building a mock-up along the

syntax.
