Missing scrollbars in MMC

Describe the bug
Both horizontal and vertical scroll bars are missing within the MMC plugin when using 1920x1200 display resolution.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Launch MMC and load the MFA plugin. Open the Global Parameters, the vertical scroll bar is present. Now open the MFA Profiders and the vertical scroll bar is missing.
Under Storage Configuration, select SQLServer Configuration, the horizontal scroll bar is missing, making buttons on the right side unreachable.

Expected behavior
Both horizontal and vertical scroll bars should be enabled when the display is too small to display all the content at once.
