How to integrate kubie with POWERLEVEL9K_KUBECONTEXT_SHOW_ON_COMMAND?

I have been using https://github.com/sbstp/kubie to interact with k8 so I can be on different context on different tabs etc.

How would I go about enabling it to work with POWERLEVEL9K_KUBECONTEXT_SHOW_ON_COMMAND ? For now I just commented it out to always see this info. I tried adding kubie to its list but that did not help.

This worked. I was able to see the context info.

It appears that the feature is working as intended: you are seeing the current Kubernetes context when the current command you are typing matches POWERLEVEL9K_KUBECONTEXT_SHOW_ON_COMMAND. Do you expect something else?

Yup , I thought I would see the info after running the kubie command to switch the context. Anyways I have it enabled to always show it as that's what I prefer after trying both out.

I see how you could expect that.

The purpose of SHOW_ON_COMMAND (all segments support this parameter, not just kubecontext) is to show the corresponding prompt segment only when you are about to run a command whose behavior depends on the information being shown. For example, I don't want to see the current kubecontext all the time, but when I'm about to deploy, I really want to see whether I'm targeting prod or qa environment.
