[Bug] Background canvas sometimes empty on reopening of stale PairDrop tab #395

Describe the bug
If a tab has been stale for a while, the background animation canvas is clear when it is reopened.

To Reproduce
Not sure. Reopening stale tab on iOS probably.

Expected behavior
Restarting of background animation. Maybe the worker is stopped? Then it needs to be reinitiated.
