What exactly is the difference between "Best Performance" and "High Performance Plan"? #3932

@chinglamyung Best Performance is Power mode for default Balanced power plan in windows.

Higher Performance Plan - is a separate power plan at all (just merged it into same dropdown, to keep simple). It can give extra few % of CPU performance in some CPU heavy tasks, but for other cases - you can stick with Balanced - > Best Performance.
