Hmm.. actually, after looking at it again, the license in that copyright is not compatible.. because it
But seismo-live license is excluding commercial use. |
Is that not still okay? One can make things more restrictive, but not less. |

So for my understanding if seismo-live license says that it can not be used commercially that is adding a restriction on the material that was not there with the original license? So in principle we'd be breaching one copy-left license with another one. ;-P |
I see. I guess we can change the seismo-live license so it automatically applies to all notebooks except if otherwise specified by the notebooks? I'm not a lawyer but that would be good enough for me ;-) |
Well.. or we just leave those notebooks out I guess.. least amount of work ;-) |
Or.. maybe we coud add some mechanics to link external notebooks just on the live website.. dunno |
Just stumbled over this repo with nice matplotlib introductory/tutorial notebooks: https://github.com/matplotlib/AnatomyOfMatplotlib
Maybe that would be a nice inclusion here as well.
