I had issue in Fedora also, try downgrade python3-evdev to fix it for now

Понизил версию программы

Had this issue too in manjaro, endeavouros and plain arch. In order to make remapper function again I did together 3 things (they appeared to work only when done together - none of these worked when applied alone).

1. Switch from input-remapper-bin to input-remapper-git;
2. Downgrade python-evdev to 1.7 as stated in previous comment;
3. Rebind all shortcuts from R_Control to R_Alt (I have bindings activated with this key and WASD to move mouse).
