Improve languages section #1

From the feedback gathered so far, people aren't immediately understanding the language bars section.

Options:

Change bars to be monochrome (eliminates one guessing factor/confusion)
Increase height of bars and add labels onto ("proficient", "beginner", etc). May have issues with smaller bars

Improved in 2d72ea6 to only have 4 colors and 3 sizes with a slight white space in between each language/framework
